Combine the dry and wet together and let them make babies overnight in a very secluded place. 18-24hrs later, be a good daddy and use your hands to knead the bread and shape into a hairless ball. Preheat your oven at 450F (I know, I’m american, apologies for the vulgar farentheit measurement) with your dutch oven inside. Do not dutch oven the oven with your dutch oven inside. While you’re making it HOTT, let your ball netflix n chill for 40min. Put your ball in the dutch oven (don’t burn yourself FFS), cover and bake for 30min. Take it’s top off and bake for another 18min. Grab the ball (of bread) with two hands and put it in your mouth. The end. 425g flour 11g fine salt 353g room temp H2O 1g yeast
