Pyare bhaio or beheno! Be innovative. No oven not a big deal. Instead of microwave use 2 iron skillet. Put hot sand in one and fit another skillet having mixture. Put it on stove covered with towel and then lid on low for 20-30 minutes. You will get perfect bread pudding crunchy and perfectly cooked from inside. Hope this helps! Enjoy!!!

Loved trying this out, it was soo delicious. I find toasting the bread helps to make it like stale bread. Also mixing the top glaze with some condensed milk helps to increase the quantity and make it more creamy. Loved the recipe tho it’s authentic and the end product is delicious!

Just get a big pateela, put a stand in it, then put your glass dish in it. Pre-heat for 15 mins on high flame then bake whatever you want to on medium or low.

Acha...main na kal yeah recipe try ki...tu main iss per review doongi... meray pass oven nahi hai..iss liye pateela main banye...main na 3 cup ki jga 2 cup dhoidh lia..mujhe kafi laga consistency main.warna boht patl hojata..merj bread aur bartan bhi chota tha..pately ko preheat kia ..lakin net k neechay namq nahi dala..muje laga k zarorat nahi hai..tareeban 40 min lgaye hogaye...jab main na tooth pic sa check kia..wo saaf aai...lakin katnay per pta chala..uss ko 10% aur cook hony ki zarorat thi..lkin main na iss liyw niala k neechay sa dark honay lga...mujhe aisay lgtha hai k shud namq na dalnag ki waja sa proper aur equal heat nhi mili...anida namq zaror dloingi...aur heat medium raki...it was great.thora sa aur pak jata aur geela geela (wet) na hita ziada acha hita...lakin wohi promblem pakati tu jal jata
