Friends, today let's make my childhood favorite recipe, which I'm sure many of yours is also - Bread Rolls.. Simple, Crispy, Chatpata!

Bread Rolls Recipe Ingredients:
Boiled Potato - 5-7 medium size
Onion - 1 chopped
Coriander Leaves - 2 - 3 tbsp
Green Chilli - 2 chopped
Salt - to taste
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Bread Slices - 10-12
Oil - to deep fry

Golden tip : you can use the corners of breads to make bread crumbs and dip the bread roll in it before frying. It'll make super crispy. Ps: kuch bhi waste ni krna😂

My granny's tips for bread roll. Use bit of milk, water, jeera, salt and 2 tablespoons besan as dipping batter for bread. It soaks less oil and better taste
