You won't believe how much fun it is to make focaccia with a thousand bubbles! Simple bubbles, soft on the inside and CRISPY on the outside. You can hear how they crunch in the video! It looks like magic but it's really easy to make, no stress and no getting your hands dirty! It can be mixed easily and quickly with a ladle! In short, you have to prepare this focaccia recipe and experience a gastronomic orgasm! 😅
Recipe and ingredients:
400g water
Add 1 teaspoon honey
Add salt and dissolve
8-10g fresh brewer's yeast (or 3-4g dry)
2 tbsp olive oil
Gradually add 500 g of flour
Stir everything until smooth
The dough should have the consistency like in the video
Let the dough rise for 30 minutes
Stir the dough and let it rest for another 30 minutes
Mix the dough and let it rise for another 90 minutes
Grease a baking sheet with olive oil
Lay out the dough
let rest for another 90 minutes
Pour olive oil
Add pesto sauce
Use your hands to press the bubbles in the dough
Lay out the olives
Bake at maximum power 250° in convection or static mode for about 12-15 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 5 minutes
