0:30 pretty sure its some kind of bug where if someone talks while a moon is loading in their audio comes out all garbled happens when im playing with a bud of mine every so often but idk what causes it.

I'm not sure if this is the exact reason but it happens a lot with video game sounds in general, it's likely "queuing" everything that is said during the loading lag spike and then stacks all of that audio on a single frame so it sounds super messed up.

@@co5micwaffle742 that's what I thought too. Figured it was something to do with the game prioritizing loading/generating the world and then all the audio inputs get queued up at the end and spat out really quickly
