Leave it for a couple days to drain it will get a sweet taste..steam before frying. ..taste better ❤

It's called both kadachakkai and idichakkai in Kerala. Working in Coorg, some 25-30 years ago, I have eaten a delicious gravy type spicy breadfruit dish.

One thing that should not eat middle porus part. We can cut it before putting in water n add some salt to water also.
