2:18 "Avoid trading messy structures"- easy to say in hindsight- nobody knows the structure is going to be messy. By that time you are already in trade. Unless of course you are staring at screen for fun. then it doesn't matter

@@thedreamville Overall trend is usually messy even if definitive.. that's not the issue. the issue was the predictability of clean vs messy structures. if you argue that look at the last 4 hr or 8 hr structure- the trend may have played out.. at some point of time you have to be technical about execution "assuming" what the future trend will be.

For example a trend-I'm assuming you know how to identify trends in a market-maybe apparent on a MN, W1 or D1 timeframe but maybe messy on M1, M5, M15. So basically what he's saying is that you should consider the timeframe with clearly established trend during technical analysis. He's not trying to predict the future because nobody can nor is he making reference with hindsight. The negligible amount of dislike should tell you that the message in the video is true! Look at the company's financials, check to see what their level of debt is, look for press releases, earnings releases and any news pertinent to the company. Also research the people who own it the company. Aside from that, pay attention to the trade volume. Numbers increase when a stock is about to blow up. Examine trends on the graphs as well

very very good vid explaining a ROCK SOLID ( sorry for pun ) trade strat that is as relevant today as ever....its pretty much the only setup i trade nowadays. No indi at all except candles and occasionally RSI for spotting div setups. In fact when i needed to define my primary strat while writing my Trading Plan i wrote; I trade a break and retest of a clear horizontal level in a clearly defined primary trend, with setups on daily or 4hr and sniper entries on 60min and 15min. I will only enter on engulfing, evening/morning star and/or multi long wick rejection candle confirmation and with 3x confluence. As Austin Powers would say ' Thats me in a nutshell' ..anyway, awesome vid, love this channel and will be waiting for the next one !! BTW bro, you really need a Telegram Channel to regularly showcase your setups and strat. :)

Would you look at the higher TF to see if there will be support resistance or actually the structure is in opposite direction. I have been using/testing this on the 1min and works brilliantly but i am always conscious of levels on higher TF's to ensure no sudden reversals ( I got all the way up to the 1h/4h)

Use a top down analysis to identify the overall direction of the market on the higher time frame. Plot your key levels (resistance/support) on the higher time frame i.e monthly and use this Rockz strategy for your entries.
