This helped me out big time!! Literally I’ve been trying to tackle codependency head on. I’ve been married for a year and a half and it’s been tough getting out of the codependency behaviors that I had when living at my parents and also in my last relationship. Had a fight with my husband today and I wanted to retaliate for him yelling at me. This video is a God sent today🙏 thank you for your faithfulness to this channel❤ I have watched several of your videos now and they are so helpful. The me that tries to get her way and control others is dead. I’m using that, thank you!
