Me too, but, you can start doing for yourself what Jack does for you. I started with a black & whit photo of myself on the fridge. I talk to my little self. I write to myself. I started to be the parent I need.;-) It's never to late. Jack's videos help, books are wonderful.

There is excellent therapy, emotion and body code by dr bradly nelson. Your blockages and healings is easy to shred. Just find certified therapist. They do over the phone treatments. I took 8 sessions and she cleaned all my 18 years of abuse, 40 years later I am so grateful I can live finally. I could highly recommend other resets but you would have to travel to Florida. I wish you well.

I've literally cried when I've heard you saying that you were put in a car as a baby when you were crying!!! woow! must be such a shock for a baby! sorry for that, However congratulations to you because you are so wise to understand and fix it. Thanks for sharing it with us since many of us have similar traumas making us carry their effects through the whole life.. Yes it is up to us to make a decision to get rid of those effects. And I am making one of it once again, eventually they will disappear. Love

Oh! and yes the self limiting beliefs causing me to become the most pathetic (only child) people pleaser. Being mostly ignored and an embarrassment did nothing for my ego, I had no backbone and could never defend myself. Been working on this my entire life, I've made enormous strides but it's taken my entire life - and alternatively it has shaped me into who I am now. (My mother couldnt give me what she didn't possess herself). I plan on having enough years left to help heal the planet and live out my creativity.

Relatable. All I wanted since I was a kid to be 'good' but no matter how much I tried good is not the label I got for all my self sacrifice and efforts ... now I feel like Im withering away, and none of my goodness or people pleasing has helped in all these years.. Feeling resentful but no energy or clue on how to try and change things anymore...

My message was similar. 1 - l cant Express being successful and functional cause l was unworthy of it, 2- laughting and being happy (cause they were not) was shamed in me. 3- others needs etc l was responsible for ( hense 60 years of co-dependency). Otherwise l was selfish. I deleted 4 people this xmas l allowed to abuse, use me. My time now to reprogramme and rare a new me. Ireland

WOW thank you for your transparency and honesty. I too was put in the car to make me go to sleep. He was condescending and verbally abusive to me and mom his whole life, clear up to his death. I thank you Jack for sharing this so we can move on even in our 70s. You're a role model for all of us. Thanks, Jack! You are always interesting and candid about your own life. When people see how honest you are about that, I believe they get more of a sense of trust. I come from a Mom that loved me and a an Army drill instructor father that not only did not love me but maybe resented or hated me. Now I am engaged in destroying everything I have built by casino gambling (slots). That is why when all my contemporaries are retiring, I am still working a 9to5 at 67 years old. I will tune in and see if I can learn something that can help me.Thanks again!

At 50yrs old I thought I would have outgrown it by now. My dad passed in a car accident when I was 3. I found out that my mother didn't tell me for a week. I am told that when I found out, I ran away to the neighbor's for a few days. Born with 3 fingers on my right and 4 on my left hand I think I really needed that father figure. You mentioned that your father didn't stand up for you. I had a similar experience with my mother. I have never been able to stand up for myself. I look fwd to working this all out on Monday. Cheers and thanks in advance

I definitely signed up for the webinar. Thank you. It did break my heart to hear how you were treated. My father taught me not to cry the same way. When I was 8 and broke my arm I refused to cry because I thought I would be punished for crying, i.e. hit. I really feel like your webinar will be an answer to prayers

Amazing how things work... just yesterday I came across a similar exercise and it made me cry my eyes out but once I could turn it around I felt a lot more liberated. I related a lot to your first limiting belief, when I cried as a baby my mom and on occasion my brothers would put me under a cold shower until I went quiet, so I’ve been struggling my whole life to have a voice and stand up for myself. Thank you sooo much for doing this, Jack. I feel I was brought here for a reason

1 The area for me was Work/Career. I thought it was Financial, but it wasn't. 2 The area of tension is the back of my throat. 3. The feeling I have is sadness. 4. The feeling I have about my career is the fear of being beaten again. 5. From the day I was born, every time I would cry my parents would beat me until I stopped crying. 6. The thing I told myself is that I really don't like pain. 7. The thing I told my younger self is that "Pain is life. You will never achieve anything or be anybody unless you can face immense amounts of physical and emotional pain." 8. The new belief I sad was, "Actually, there are many kinds of pain I experience (like working out or stretching) that are really extremely enjoyable. 9. My elderly self told my current self that "Accepting money you didn't work for is a crime. It's criminal. If you don't stop taking other peoples' money (through welfare) you will be ashamed for the rest of your life." The tension in my throat (holding back a sob for years) has lifted. It may not be permanent, but it's relief for now. Physically Lighter

Happy New Year Jack! 😍😍😍 My first published story was in Chicken Soup for the Indian Teenage Soul! It came out in India on my birthday back when I was still a college student. It was years later that I got introduced to the idea of the Law of Attraction. Imagine my joy when I found out that you were part of the tribe of conscious intention-setting and manifestation! All my love to you! ☺️☺️☺️ My dream of being a full-time writer manifested this year. I am currently manifesting investment for a dream project of mine. My greatest and purest intention is to be a writer and screenwriter who touches the world like no one ever has! (I hope this doesn't sound like a desire dipped in a dollop of ego. But I do like widespread attention for my creative work! 😇😈) Aaaand to marry my sweetheart in 2020. I just feel so nice telling you this! Have the loveliest new year!
