Three WHITE people know your facts before you start putting rioters and looters in a movement that is meant for positivity because this video shows and African American young boy robbing a store you don't know what his life is like or struggles he was going through or what Society may have pushed him into doing because the system wasn't made for African-American people to succeed we have no idea what his life is like wrong for you to put that movement in the sentence the way you did just because this video showed a black person that's borderline racist

I agree with you that Antifa highjacked the BLM movement but I was downtown during quite a few of the riots, I used to work downtown and I lived near downtown Portland for almost 7 years. I wonder, were you even down there while that ridiculousness was going on? Or are you just talking out of your ace like so many others who weren’t even there? Because there were plenty of black people down there rioting and looting. Stop making excuses for this guy, he is a lowlife scumbag and deserves to be locked up, color has nothing to do with his lack of character

I laughed at the part where the reporter (Chris) says that its "unclear" if the perpetrator will be released once caught!.... I can GUARANTEE you, he will be released immediately and I also assure you, he will go right back out and do it again because the guy is obviously high & hooked on drugs!.... 🙄

I used to live in Portland....I had a condo on the NW Park Blocks. I'm glad I sold it when I left the city, which back then was beautiful, safe and diverse. It is a design hub, full of creative people and so much to do. To see how it has descended into this anarchy is so sad. Yet, the voters there keep electing the same people to manage the city....they keep doing the same thing, expecting different results. The mantra of the city is "Keep Portland Weird"......well, they've certainly accomplished that!

The city needs to use all the fees it takes from businesses and provide cameras and police officers and/or private security to these establishments. What about asking police officers to have their breaks in areas where there is repeated break in's and pay the OT this will require?

In Portland the mayor is a Democrat. All 4 of the city council are Democrats. The AG is a Democrat. The DA is a Democrat. The problems Portland is facing are caused by the Democratic Party. The most recent Republican mayor of Portland served from 1979-1980.
