no holds barred can reffer to anything, it just means anything goes, to be barred is to be banned from something, so if no holds are barred its saying you can do something however you want, theres no rules to it. I think myself when TFK make their music, there really are no holds barred!

I hate how Christian Rock and Christian Contemporary is such a misunderstood genre of music. Everyone assumes that it's like Southern Gospel (I still like Gospel, don't get me wrong) but if people would listen to this song, it would dramatically change their opinion!
