She did. The song he sang was about her and their daughters--little girls. The song she sang is a reprise of a song they sing together earlier on in the movie, A Million Dreams. This scene brings a lot of heart because this was where P.T. and her had the moment when they realized maybe they could still be together at the beginning of the movie. It served a similar message here as Charity had given up on their marriage and had reached her breaking point. The tension between them before this scene told us something would happen.
