Rest In Peace Blake. I didn’t see it but I saw comments that he passed away. So I decided to comment too. I know how I feels to lose someone you love. My mom passed away last year just 9 days before her 40th birthday and a month before my 13th. It’s still hard to live without her. I’m am crying right now because it reminds me of what I went through. She died from cancer which is different because I still lost her. I knew it was going to happen especially because a few months before she died, she was in the hospital. I was already expecting my dad to tell me when I called him one day but he never did. Then one day while my cousins and I were having so much fun and we even filmed some funny videos, my sister needed to sleep and so I put her to sleep in my grandparent’s room. She had to sleep there because she would fall off the bed if someone wasn’t next to her so my grandma slept next to my sister. Somehow I ended up falling asleep too and when I woke up I heard my grandma talking to someone on the phone. She said that her daughter (my mom) had passed away at either 10:40 or 11:20 because she said 20 minutes from 11. But that meant that as soon as I put my sister to sleep, my mom died because I remember checking the time and it was 10:30. If she died at 10:40 then she died just a few minutes after we fell asleep. It’s still sad for me to remember this because we had so much fun and I didn’t think anything bad would happen. Anyway I heard my grandma and she didn’t seem sad. She was calm and I pretended like I was asleep but in reality I could hear everything she said. My sister was asleep but I always wake up early so I heard it. I then pretended to wake up and go to my room where I found my dad asleep on my bed. We then talked and I rarely ever cry or see my dad cry but we did and ever since my mom’s dead I have been very emotional. It’s almost been a year but I still cry sometimes. I know it’s hard and I wish no one goes through this but sadly we will all die and have someone special die. We have to accept it. I’m really crying. I know this is really long but I just wanted to share my experience. I’m only 13 so I don’t know everything but I do know that we have to appreciate those times we had with them. It’s the only ones we have left. I wish I didn’t get mad at my mom so much and fight but it happens and I can’t do anything about it now.
