Two to three hours at least i think, not counting the sleep hours. That should be plenty. Also, when you are with your girlfriend or boyfriend alone, that counts too. They are significant for you and for your frame of mind, even writing with them or something, it helps. Introverts aren't really loners, they just become really attached to one person, they aren't really good with being close with a lot of people, in a sense, they NEED someone really close, so maybe that's why he had so many girls.

Miłośnik Umaru I call bullshit. I think everyone has their degree of the need to be alone for some time. If I don't get to be alone straight up for(/to) 24 hours - I'm starting to lose it. I got in pretty weird situations because of that. Once I just turned around and walked away in the middle of the conversation ( when I was the guy talking ), another time I forced myself to fall asleep when my close friend visited me and we started to play together videogames, and another time I just hid into the bed when too many people remained in the house for too long. And I'm not even that much of an introvert, I can normally talk to people who I've never met before, I can introduce myself to someone first, e.t.c.

One lesson I've learned (kinda sorta) is that What-Might've-Been is a bitter pill to swallow. A weird one too, because it's sometimes mixed with fond nostalgia. I try not to think about it too much because it'll drive me crazy. I've had an eventful life myself, and met some awesome people, wonderful women, made mistakes, taken paths that weren't always the best. Thinking of where another hypothetical path may have taken me often turns into increased depression. So, I try to turn those thoughts and that energy into gratitude for where I'm at now. I don't have it too bad. Things can always be better, but they're not horrible. Everything's okay. 👍 🙂
