Search for Cory Wong monitor mix and click on the "Ben Rector" live video! You will hear Cory's monitor mix which is what he is hearing in his in-ear monitors. One of the things he is hearing is a metronome with a voice making sure he is on time and playing the right part of the song at all times ! This is how bands always stay on time and can be extremely well synced. All Time Low are using this a lot , especially to start at exactly the same time. This metronome click track actually didn't work during Weightless when they played Reading Festival in 2013 after the iPod they ran the tracks through crashed so they had to improvise to stay synced and that was when the slow start in their live performance of Weightless with only Alex was born!
