Mine pairs, but one of the speakers has no audio. Buttons work for volume and changing songs, but no sound. Probably got a busted one

click the plus then the minus button and it will connect to each other. once they have been connected to each other they will remember each other. so next time you turn them on they will connect automatically

@@rileycourteau7864 turn one on, wait maybe like five seconds. Do the same for the second one. Wait another five seconds. Then hit the plus button. Wait five seconds if they still have not connected try the minus button. If it doesn't work restart the whole process. Power both of them all the way down and start over. Best of luck 🤞

@UCefHa_ZVLd56FlDnKgupxCw when you try it just do the plus and minus on only one side of the speaker. If it still does not connect do the same to the other side once you turn them both off.

I have tried the plus minus idea on one side, then tried it on the other side, then tried the plus plus on each size, then tried the minus minus on each side, I tried holding down both pluses at the same time, and tried holding both minuses down at the same time. Nothing has worked to get the speakers to pair with each other. Any other ideas?

@@dwightjenkins5663 if you follow this comment thread and try all of these different paths and still it doesn't work. Idk what to do next. Maybe let them completely die and charge and try again. Best of luck 🤞

It worked for me! Make sure to forget device if you tried to pair them on Bluetooth individually. Also turn off your Bluetooth. I then Turned on ones side then waited 4 secs then turned on the other side. Then I pressed + on one side and - on the other at the same time. Held it down a bit until it beeped and they paired!

Just got it. Bluetooth "off" on the phone. Turn on one speaker. After a few seconds turn on the other speaker. Wait a few more seconds. Then press and hold down the "minus" button on both at the same time until it says [speakers paired]. Then turn the Bluetooth on your phone to "on" and pair the Breakaway speaker to phone as usual.

I've followed the video tutorial several times. I have pressed the plug and minus buttons separately, together, one by one. I can not get the two speakers to synch, and can only get one speaker to connect. So, I'm guessing from the comments that these are problematic? Any other ideas before I send them out in the recycling, please?

This is the kind of poor execution that makes me miss having the option of plugging in a cable. It may have been bulkier and what-not but at least there was a clear way to positively connect things

if you click the plus then the minus button after they are both on they will connect. Totally didn't mention it in the voice over but you can see the hands hit the plus then the minus

Our version requires that you long press one of the minus buttons - then it pairs
