If you operate as an agency, whether it’s freelance or a company, this video will help you understand some of the cool new features that Breakdance version 2 came out with that will specifically matter to you more as an agency.
One thing that agency owners I’ve worked with have commonly wanted was to have a library of layouts that the designer could easily use to make proofs for the client. Then population and deployment would be much quicker.
This works for clients that have a limited budget, or if the agency’s focus is elsewhere, you need this done at a reasonable cost and you can shift to your strong points quickly after that.
Important note: This approach is very different from designing custom websites for the top tier clients. They get bespoke designs approved, and the developer is going to have to produce pixel perfect work. That means the developer is going to have to write a lot of css (and possibly php and js) to match the approved proof. That’s not the focus in this review.
Main features covered in this video:
Pre-built Libraries
Copy Pasting multiple sections
Global Settings
Migration Mode

Oh dear beloved PK, Probably a simple thing, but, after you imported the section at 4:20 something, how does the section know to set *green* as background, since green is just a part of your color palett but NOT set as BG color in bd global settings. So is it like picking just a palett color randomly? Cheers, Jan (and thanks for your work, you are truly my absolute hero!! Everyone is heading to Taylor Swift, but I am hanging on to your stuff 😊 but wait, that won't be giving you Billions like Taylor has got. 😓

haha thank you for the kind words haha The dark green is from my palette. It's not the most predictable, but it is the same in that it's the 3rd color on the palette as you can see in this screenshot. drive.google.com/file/d/19lWbyNRPOBjhIoDI2qs2E-djVLvRlaYq/view?usp=sharing So even if it were slightly unpredictable in that it could use a different color scheme order, it's easy to change a global color I suppose.
