Glad a lot of people enjoyed this album lol, I was nervous to request bc it's definitely very violent and not the most accessible, but I'm glad that it resonated well. I love Kobaryo

@@Stardevoir That's pretty much hypertone in general tbh. Kobaryo's extratone tracks are my favorite out of all his work so Singularity has been my favorite song on the album since the preview for it dropped.

first time i see you Brad, i enjoyed this reaction a lot ^^ a few funfacts i know about Kobaryo and his musical inspiration: most of these tracks move in the bpm range of arround 140-240 depending what track we're talking about. the speedcore parts either double, triple or quadrouple the speed respectively, Kobaryo specifically makes you headbang to the original bpm tho which i really like. i know Kobaryo started as a speedcore artist, nowadays he fits a very specific niche in J-Core and is still an active Speedcore producer himself. the japanese hardstyle/-core artists really just use what already exists like Hardcore, Psy, Frenchcore or Terror, break the boundaries of it and add to it in very personal and innovative ways to create something entirely new. Kobaryo has his own lable but is also part of Hardcore Tano*C, my personal favorite USAO is also part of it. I understand Stardevoir's nervousnes tho, i often get weirdly looked at when i say that this is my favorite genre of music since it quite out of the ordinary and oftentimes a bit over the top, but i'd say its an acquired taste that you come to love the more you listen to it, i certainly do since i found USAO back in 2020 and certainly havent stopped yet. wow i didnt mean for this to get so long. hope yall had fun and maybe felt a little inspired too ^^

Idk if anyone said it or not, but 2.46e+6 BPM is 2,460,000 BPM, that single high pitch tone at the drop is what 2.46 million BPM sounds like. Also resurrection is every melody from the previous songs combined into one song, hence the name! I had this recommended to me, and was surprised. I fucking love Kobaryo, he's my favorite artist!

You are crazy, the two are completely different as producers and comparing them like that and shows a lack of experience in J-core. Also they've collaborated before, it's not a competition.

they’re not completely different. I’ve listened to a shit ton of both and they have a lot of overlap
@Stardevoir
@Stardevoir 3 ай бұрын
@@lincolnd0 Of course there's some similarities when they're making music in the same genres but to call either of them a watered down version of each other is just dismissive and inaccurate. Both have different production styles and are their own artists. I was specifically focusing on the "watered down" part of your comment, since as someone who enjoys both, it's not accurate at all to compare them broadly and say one is a watered down version of the other.
