To my knowlege there´s only one feature of Eskimo Callboy in which the are singing in German: Kalle Koschinsky feat. Eskimo Callboy - Castrop X Spandau. The most recent serious stuff is Love / Hate, but if you go back to the times with their old Singer (Sushi) there are also gems like "Crystals". Keep the reactions coming ;)

The vast majority of their songs are in English. The most recent serious song they did (with the new singer) is Love/Hate. There's still a bit of their humor in it, but it's just a hint of it compared to songs like Hypa Hypa. They're pretty funny in interviews too. They have done a few with KZbin reactors, Tank for one and I think a few others. I really like that they don't take things so serious all the time and just have fun. It's just the right mix of goofy fun elements with some legit good music.

They have some making off / behind the scenes videos on their channel (for Hypa Hypa, Hate/Love, MC Thunder II, We got the Moves...) which are in German with subtitles. They do put on a little show in those too but one can clearly see how much fun they have with what they're doing and how comfortable they are with each other, even with Nico who just joined in early 2020. I think it's funny to hear them talk in English (like in the TankTheTech interview which was mentioned in the comments already), because one can spot the German accent right away, which isn't obvious when they're singing.

I think they said in an interview that it's not actually Prydz they took the idea from but the movie "Perfect". It's with Jamie Lee Curtis and I think John Travolta. It's a Dirty Dancing type movie but it's not a musical and it's aerobics instead of dancing. Made in the mid 80s or so, so "sex appeal" was still the key word in Hollywood. Jamie Lee was some pretty high end eye candy back in the day.
