I spent some time at Mensvic Hotel and I was surprised to see people chilling at the club and at this restaurant throughout the night till morning on a Thursday evening. It wasn’t even a holiday. Just a normal Thursday evening.

This can only happen in a Country where the laws and structures don't work. Most of these places are for foreigners who can't do same in their countries of origin. Bars, restaurants and pubs operating this hour of the morning? In serious countries no one will sell you alcohol before 9.00am. Regularised operating hours are 10am - 12 midnight on week days and 10am - 3am on weekends.
