Hey Flo, looking better on the overhang, great! Just some tips: climbing with your hips parallel to the wall ist very hard. So try to twist more sideways eg. when reaching with the left arm, have your left leg high (and right leg out on the wall or on a foot hold), then twist so your left hip is close to the wall and push yourself up with your left leg. I myself find it way easier because i use my arms less and I can reach way higher :) I practice the twist and push on easier routes so becomes more natural. Greetings!

Getting better already! Keep up training :) overhang was one of my weaknesses as well - especially on longer routes, i lack the muscle, haha. but the technique really helped and i can climb routes that the "muscular type" relying on biceps cannot do. so for training i always try to do a long one in the end of a session, for conditioning. looking forward for your improvements, Flo :)

good little mini session, but if I could offer some advice, maybe try rotating your hips into the wall for better reach and balance.

Because of your videos I visited Origins over the weekend! Nice gym. Climbs get pretty hard at V7 for me.

+henriitan iPhone compass app. Just swipe right and then you got a level and bubble level.

+Jiabin Liu I’m wearing butora acros. They’re wide even though my feet are narrow haha. And they might be a half size up. I usually wear a 7 in mens. The narshas are nice as well but they are a little too tight sometimes.

a V7 really, the blue one you 've done, seems a bit easy for a V7 to be honest.
