Skinny Bones Jones lol! The Bible is an old book written by who knows how many men. Then rewritten and rewritten and rewritten again, translated and edited countless times. It’s a bit like that game “whisper down the lane.” And then original meanings get misinterpreted time and time again by the masses and pastors/preachers alike. This may be “just a movie” or “scripted” but regardless, shoving a cat out a car and into the rain is indeed very disheartening, especially to the poor cat who doesn’t even know this is “just acting”.

Oh I hate the part of seeing Cat in the pouring rain :( Audrey didn't agree with having to push the cat away. Therefore, they added the ending of her going back to search for Cat.

To me this movie is like a song lyric: "falling in love is such an easy thing to do, and there's no guarantee that the one you love is gonna love you." Everybody (every guy) loves Holly. I've seen it in real life. Yeah the girl is exceptionally beautiful-astoundingly so. Going after a rich guy? C'mon, that's par for the course. So that's her goal. Nobody's fault, it's survival. But who does she live with her fierce independent spirit? Herself.

Evidently..... The Character of Holly Golightly, was originally written for Marilyn Monroe to play, but thankfully, for whatever reasons, she turned it down. Now, I just can't picture anyone else besides Audrey playing this part...she added a whole other Dimension to the character of Holly, she added just the right feel.
