I decided to take my health more serious and started to monitor everything that me and my family consume.
My Breakfast bowl:
Ingredients:
1 dozen eggs
Bacon (I usually go for turkey bacon, but you can use regular bacon)
Uncooked sausage (or ground turkey, if you want a leaner option)
Breakfast potatoes (your choice - I like to use diced or hashbrowns)
Broth (for a little extra flavor in the sausage gravy)
Cheese (I use shredded cheddar, but go wild with whatever you love!)
Milk (to make the eggs nice and fluffy)
