The donkey is Palmiche and his owner Ariel. Very nice guy, he is at the hotel lobby every night from 8 pm to provide a donkey ride for guests..

Thanks Armygirl0013, now I know the owner's name. I saw him and Palmiche, the donkey, 1 night outside the lobby but it was raining.
