In Thailand, yellow shumai with small egg yolk topping is shrimp and another one is crab meat (not egg yolk but crab meat on top). Green one is pork. And there's pork wrapped with seaweed too! :)

The black little seeds in Poha are mustard seeds. If they’re cooked correctly (heated until the sputter) they shouldn’t be spicy, even for someone with low spice tolerance. The seeds probably didn’t pop open when they were heated.
