Breakfast for dinner is one of our fave things to do XD Eggs and bacon and hash browns and toast.... or if we're on a sweet kick we'll do pancakes or waffles... yummmmmy! I make a breakfast burrito dish that feeds a lot of people, too, and it's soooo tasty. It's one of my husband's favorite dishes that I make. I'll definitely have to try this, though! I cooked this and it was sooo good but ouch my diet. I even used 2% cheese and 2% milk and it was still over 500 calories a serving. Wonder if I leave the butter out if that will make a difference?

U should try making mac n cheese then put it in the oven topped with bacon bits and cheese or make mac n cheese balls in a cupcake pan and could try using it for the dogs

Actually color of yolks depends on what you feed chickens. I have seen farm fresh eggs with pale yolks, because chickens didn't eat much stuff that makes yolks yellow.
