Hey all! We do hope you enjoy this video! They did come out absolutely amazing! Just a note when frying heat the oil to between 350-360. @@Music963 Hey Musiclover. We got ours at one of those as seen on tv store's. However Amazon sells it! Search 4-pc copper cookware pan set. I love ours! Works amazing and is so easy to clean! Plus you can use them for more than just frying. You can also search copper chef. Or even check your grocery store or larger store like Wal-Mart. They might carry them.

That wrapper is raw on the inside. Let your filling cool before you wrap them and only use a single wrapper.

That is NOT how you roll an egg roll. You got corner to corner. You also only use one, that's why it's raw on inside.

@40isfab87 Hello! All the ingredients are cooked before frying, so nothing is raw. As for rolling. "Six of one, half a dozen, another!" If the roll holds it worked. Thank you for the feedback!

@@TheCookingCorner the second egg roll wrapper is raw and uncooked, you can see that from the video and I'm not the only one to notice this. If you had tasted it, you would have noticed the chewy wrapper. They would have tasted heavy and doughy. I have Asian family and there is a correct way to roll an egg roll. This isn't it. If you don't believe me Google it. Saying the word chef in your name means you need to be doing things the right way. Your viewers trust you to do that. Also, no chef would boil that sausage and use precooked, no flavor in that. You need to use some oil. So please stop saying chef and doing wrong things. Not cute.

@40isfab87 I understand what you mean. Using 1 wrapper is best. I misinterpreted your first comment, thinking you meant the ingredients were raw, not the wrapper. Using precooked sausage is cost effective, and some people don't have the time or money to buy expensive ingredients. People can use whatever they want, and thats the beauty of cooking. My channel is designed to help people with busy schedules and budgets and learn to cook while having fun. Everyone makes mistakes. No one has to be negative about it.
