I dont overcomplicate my lifestyle. I am way too busy to try and reinvent the wheel. Doing the simple, basic things in life very intensely have put me in the position I am in today. So no need to change that mindset while going after some new goals!
Keep it simple and be Intense!

I’m a fan of both. Fasting has its place. But not when youre training like a fucking Heathen! You need calories to kill! And I know people will say they operate great fasting, and they’re right, i do as well on certain days. But if I’m doing 2 a days. 90min on stepper in the AM. And then Hiit in the evening. Need to feed the body if you want to optimize training. Some of my off days or need to reset the body. Fasting with a cleanse will always be my first choice.

Seth is one of my absolute favorites, and if I ever got the chance to share a table with someone, he would definetly be one of them. I’ve been going through absolute hell these last 3 years. I’ve lost a good friend, I’ve lost a familymember to a terrible disease, while I myself have been battling a shit ton of health issues and mental challenges like anxiety and panic attacks. The gym was always my quiet place, but I haven’t been able to do what I love in so long..I can’t even remember how it feels to work out. I’ve lost 50lbs, and I’m fighting everyday to get back to a normal life again and the gym. I haven’t celebrated christmas with my family in a long time, and I haven’t seen friends in the last 2 years due to my health. Thankyou Seth for everything you do and for setting an example. Thankyou for keeping me going. I still got work to do!! And I will get back to the best shape of mye life and back better than ever before. Hope you keep these types of videos coming! Love them!

Taking gear or blasting alot definitely alters part of the brain. It could be the high test that always has your brain in a fight or flight mode. Then there's the 19nors which have a huge impact on dopamine amongst other things. I feel noticeably more calm and collected when cruising, but soon as the deca and test go up it's aggression mixed with anxiety. Same with eq and dhts.

Seth you a big part of why I'm getting back in shape and making gains. I finally got my nutrition pretty good. My workout routine is still being tweeked to make it a little better each week with exercises I make the best connection with. I currently do a 4 day bro split that's works with my local truck driving job in Buffalo which has me living out of my truck 5 days a week due to the distance from my home. I definitely would love to come down and see your gym and meet ya someday. It's one of the many things on my bucket list. Great videos and great inspiration!!! Keep it up Brother💪💯

@Dr.WhetFarts
@Dr.WhetFarts 2 жыл бұрын
Ofc he looks incredible with good genetics for bodybuilding, 20+ years on roids and still on a high dose TRT. It's not exactly making it HARDER for him haha. You know, muscle memory is a thing. He is not old at all. He could easily have competed still.
@Troy_Hutchinson
@Troy_Hutchinson 2 жыл бұрын
@@Dr.WhetFarts he’s been very open about his HRT or TRT whichever you prefer, but he’s definitely not competing where he once was because he’s not near the size. 240 lbs to 205 lbs. big size difference. I don’t think any doctor is going to give anyone a abundant amount of TRT , period. He’s getting just enough to sustain normal levels. Maybe slightly above. Of course he has muscle memory but it’s not sustainable to be where he once was. The point was, most body builders wither away or down to nothing. He’s doing awesome at changing his diet, training protocols , his life style to adjust and stay healthy and fit ! Because at the end of the day, isn’t that what fitness is all about ! 🤷🏻‍♂️

Just a thought for ya, "fat burns fat." I cut weight once(215lbs-125lbs) and learned to train eating mostly protein and fat(specifically copious amounts of avocado). I did eat carbs, but at specific times based on workouts etc.. Eating fat trains your body to burn fat easier. I'm sure Bob can tell you when he hits the "wall" while training or racing, thats your body having depleted its glycogen stores and now switching to the next fuel source which is your fat stores. Just something to consider. Appreciate ya keep grindin.

Seth, the brain thing you were talking about. I have seen a total of 2-3 videos on trenbolone. Everyone knows steroids change the way you think and process things while you’re on, but Tren itself I THINK I do NOT KNOW for a fact, but from what I’ve heard it is the only one that actually affects your brain. The only one that creates/can create a “high”. Prolonged use of it can change some shit. On another note, I’m an ex crank junkie, I was the same way from 13-23, I got clean and now 3 years later man I don’t know I can’t explain it, but shit upstairs is different. Parts of my brain are burnt and I except it, short term memory is a difficult concept for my brain. I understand exactly what you mean, but I can’t explain it either. It’s like waking up with a breath of fresh air and a whole totally different way of viewing life. It’s crazy but now days I can wake up look in a mirror and say man, no matter what happens today will end up being a good day. And that sets the entire roll for that day. I can’t explain how or why but it was never like that before.

I agree, I blasted 500mg of test and 200mg of tren for about lil over a year. I was in top notch fuckable condition but I was full blown narcissist. I hopped off the tren and lowered test to 250mg then lowered to 125 mg then eventually half 125mg to quitting all together. It’s been bout 6 months. Lost 20-30lbs but still in gym grinding but the body is ok not tren conditioned but ok for average male at 35. The mental side tho is different. I slow everything down I can process thoughts n ideas. On tren n test I would feel rushed all the time and do dumb decisions.
