We love that a rubber spatula was used. Some cooks use a regular fork or spoon scrapping the pan like there is no tomorrow. Why would a persom mess up their pots. Tamika is wise, for not wanting to scrap her pots and not have to keep buying pots, just because they were scrapped. Tamika take pride in her items. And she has a beautiful house and very clean. That is what I love. My family call me OC.😁 We want to thank Tamika for the inspiring words. 😁💜✌

Tamika is right, I put gloves on sometime to, because the onions do settle on your hands. And dont want to scratch your pots like Tamika said. Love Tamika cooking show, she shows and explain everything directly and she is very clean, beautuful home, and have a bursting personality. Many blessings to Tamika and her family and much more success. Love her and her sister who are AMAZING SINGERS. Hey Sandy,also switch to liquid eggs,so you could avoid the yolk of an egg,which holds alot of cholesterol! Chicken sausage patties or veggie patties,are another healthy alternative for breakfast meats.Turkey sausage is awesome as well!
