I was one of the few people to speak against this injustice in the federal system against all the guardianship/conservatorship abuses. I helped as many people as I could, but let's call elected officials and hold their feet to the fire to protect all people and their families from these egregious acts. The movie, I care a lot exposes this system.

Breakfast Club - Wendy's original lawyer, LaShawn Thomas, would be great to have on. She was very outspoken and the judge forced her off the case in the beginning... She said last year: "I have kept silent because I have been threatened with physical and financial harm, but I just couldn't keep silent any longer." Wells Fargo is the one who petitioned to put Wendy under guardianship and took control of all her money. This is who she's up against. This was after Wendy started becoming suspicious of her Wells Fargo advisor Lori Schiller and what she was doing with Wendy's money...

I really believe Wendy had a nervous breakdown and doesn't suffer from dementia. Anytime you lose your husband/ best friend/ mother all in the public eye, it's a lot to take. But, even if she does have dementia, you have good days and bad days. But, why can't her family take care of her and just put her money in a trust.
@thefreehealer7926 сағат бұрын
I remember reading about this nervous mental breakdown and she also said how somebody was after her or that she felt like somebody was watching her every move and a car would be standing by her house and watching her from afar. And I also recall her saying how they also took away her phone and *they* wouldn't allow her to contact her family and that she was kept in isolation. So similar situation that she's currently in but except that at the time she was locked away in some mental hospital. Whole thing seemed really strange. I don't believe that she has dementia either but definitely a nervous breakdown which can cause your body to feel completely disoriented and not like yourself. 🤔
@Ms.Ashley-Matthews4156 сағат бұрын
@thefreehealer792 Yes, I really believe Wendy had a nervous breakdown. I'm actually a licensed therapist, and symptoms of dementia can mimic a nervous breakdown. Once her son went to college and her husband left, " Wendy realized how alone she was and had a nervous breakdown." As well as a prior history of substance abuse affects the brain.

The crazy thing about dementia is that you can't schedule a good day. This "attorney" is LYING on her name because Wendy proved in the interview that she was clear of mind and she could speak for herself. Nowhere in this interview showed any signs of Dementia and I've seen people with Dementia before and how they behave. Wendy most definitely does NOT have dementia. The crazy part about this is that they've done the same thing that they've done to Britney Spears as well. They also said that Britney had "Dementia" when she never did. They tried so hard to put this false narrative that she was incapable of taking good care of herself when that wasn't the case at all. Those people who are working against Miss. Wendy are extremely dangerous. They've been spreading nothing but misinformation.

Exactly.. if they truly had an issue with her family slipping her alcohol, for example.... they they would use her money to pay for supervised visits.. vs keepi g her in isolation... especially her dad for his 94th bday!.. withholding her from that will only further devastate her (so they think), which is their objective.. that act along is most obvious what they are doing knowing how much that means to her...

This is all about the money. The fact that a bank can freeze your assets and have a complete stranger have this much control over you without access to your family tells us that this was never about her. This was all about someone getting paid.

Lots of families around the world assist and care for a family member with dementia. So what’s the problem? Wendy has close family members such as her niece that are willing to help take care of Wendy in an environment she’s used to and recognizes.

I'm in the healthcare field, I've taken care of people who have dementia and Alzheimer's for many years. good days , bad days so what does not mean you should be taken advantage of just because you have dementia. Having dementia doesn't mean you don't know what you need or want. She has family and she IS ABLE to choose someone (s) in her family that can help her with getting a caregiver in HER home to help her and her family run and do her errands, things around the house etc. she is capable. this is NOT the worst or even a bad case of dementia. they are taking advantage and her family needs to do the most to get Her out of there ASAP!! Seems as if they are trying to make her worse because if you know about dementia, she should be outside getting sun if she can move around which she can, she should be talking and experiencing her family in order to keep the memories flowing. she should have people around playing board games and puzzles, staying active not alone in a room. that's a sure way to make dementia worse. #FOHSABRINAMORRISSEY

Ask Charla because he talks to her everyday, several times a day he knows there is nothing wrong with Wendy
@lisadabney696 сағат бұрын
Here we go, Charla does not have any idea about Dementia. She should not be in a pseudo jail. She should be with her family with professional support. Her sister allegedly offered to be her Gaurdian with the caveat that she couldn't drink, and Wendy refused. A person with Dementia can seem perfectly well in the morning and then sundown in the evening, and become a totally different person. This is so dangerous.
@thefreehealer7926 сағат бұрын
Stop believing whatever shit they're saying. She does NOT have any damn Dementia. Wendy is fine and does NOT have any diseases aside from graves disease which she has openly spoken up about in the past. They are LYING on her name and if you believe this "attorney" over her and her niece then you're NOT on Wendy's side and you are part of the problem.
