I remember being a freshman in high school in 1997-98 and every day at 7 pm I would watch Comic View on BET. Two of my favorite comedians on Comic View were Don DC Curry and Earthquake. 36:20 Jada also laughed right after the slap. Watch the slow-mo video of the slap. Chris says "wow" 2 times after the slap. You can hear Jada's very distinctive laugh right before the 2nd 'wow.' She was pleased and amused.

What I found interesting is that in the video he laughed and then looked at his wife (seen her reaction) then he lost his cool. Wonder if he knew IF he didn't do something he would have to hear about it at home? I may be wrong but that is what stood out to me.
