That’s weird he didn’t remember that plot line about the show. S8: E21 is about Urkel almost having to move out to keep the home insurance down. Maybe he is one of those actors that don’t watch their own work. Meanwhile, we watch them over and over again.

My Guy!!! So blessed to have grown up in the 90's. Best era in my opinion
@thenewjord50Ай бұрын
Facts i was born in 90 and my childhood from the 90s was good i was obsessed with toys and action figures from Batman, TMNT, XMen, Power Rangers and Spider-Man. Nickelodeon, TGIF, Disney Channel and Cartoon Network was at its peak. Nintendo and Sega. And the music too sadly the ones born late in the 90s and beyond didn't witness the pre social media era
@mr_noybАй бұрын
@thenewjord50 all that and then some. I was born in 83 so I got to witness what it was like coming into the 90's early on. And even though I was a child, I still remember alot of the stuff that I was introduced to back then

"My father was present and was dealing with the issue", wow! A rare statement to hear. His mom stayed under control because his father was under control and had it under control.

Wait a minute, he clearly did live with the Winslows. Eddie lost his apartment because of Steve’s termites and had to move back home. Eddie then hit Carl with the “be a good friend” story and Steve moved in with the Winslows

Yup! I definitely was puzzled whn he said he didn’t because we watched tht show religiously!!

He was a neighbor. There were episodes where he was there overnight or for the weekend, but he didn't live with them

@@Playwith_hope395 You ain’t pay attention to the shown then. I clearly just said what happened on the episode where he moves in with them. Carl eventually has to get more insurance on his crib because Steve moved in.

Family Matter (TGIF) was one of my favorite shows growing up in the 90s. This was an excellant interview with Jaleel White. The crew from TBC seemed well prepared and brought the jokie jokes.

Shalom, WAKE THAT MIND UP! Thanks for sharing this fun conversation with Jaleel White, Jaleel's focus on the positive regardless of questions about the past is spot on. Keep it fun and positive as much as possible, there is enough negative vibes in our culture. Jaleel White, thank you.

As an 80s baby, I might be a bit biased, but the 1990s was the best era ever from multitude of perspectives, from TV shows, to music, to just hanging out outside. What a time to be alive. Some of my favorite music was dancehall... there hasn't been a better era yet compared to the 1990s, in my humble opinion. And I loved Family Matters and the rest of the TGIF line up. I looked forward to it every Friday. In my household, we called the show "Steve." "Steve is coming on!!!" And I made my first homemade pizzas back then too as a little boy. I miss the 1990s.

As a former lil black boy with thick glasses, I was called Urkel for years and eventually embraced it. Stephon came when I hit puberty, so it was like I was on the journey with bro, lol. Shout out to a black TV Icon! 🤓

He should have if he's promoting his book. It's not his fault that the writers and producers brought him to save a struggling sitcom. Harriet and Carl couldn't carried the show cause they weren't funny at all. But I'm glad they patch things up with him.

@larrymarshall8900 Yoy are 100% right i don't like that a bunch of adults were hating on a kid that shit be weird
@larrymarshall8900Ай бұрын
@HoodedAlchemy Also something else happened similar to Bobbie J Thompson from Wild N Out and That's So Raven. He said in an interview that Tracy Morgan got mad at him for stepping on lines on The Tracy Morgan Show. He basically said to me stop hamming it up cause this isn't his show or something like that. Basically Tracy was hating on the kid at the time that's why Harriet and Carl couldn't stand Jaleel for. So yeah it sucks when adults hate on children for any reason.
