More energy and not allowing the hustle and bustle of life to cause me to make bad food choices, as a field worker. If I’m in the field and get hungry, I will get a banana and bottled water, as my mind has taught my body when and when not to eat. Hydration, water does help control hunger. Blessings...

She speaks so much truth. A few years ago I was having the worse menstruals, I was pre diabetic, and had fibroids. Of course the doctors recommend surgery for the fibroids and birth control for the heavy painful periods. I declined, I began changing my diet (was vegan for a year) and exercising again...My menstruals improved naturally. I purchased her book a few weeks ago.
@dewilew21373 жыл бұрын
I’m sure doctors told you at some point that losing weight and exercising would help you. This lady isn’t saying anything new. Doctors have been telling people to change their diet for years, and they don’t do it until they are chronically ill. Then some charlatan comes along preaching veganism and you finally choose to change your diet, and the charlatan gets the credit when your health improves? Why didn’t you listen to your doctor the first time? That just makes you stubborn, it doesn’t mean that this woman knows something your doctor doesn’t. The reason a lot of doctors just straight to surgery or medication is because people don’t listen when it comes to adapting healthier lifestyles, and drastic options have to be considered.
@adwoa84543 жыл бұрын
@@dewilew2137 Wow...why must you call her a charlatan?? If you know her she is a genuinely good woman who takes care of herself, her loved ones and wants to share her knowledge. She is speaking wisdom and truth.Yes, what you say about doctors is true for some of them, the ones that care and are in the field for the right reason, BUT some are working w Big Pharma trying to keep us on medications for life instead of curing...when God has indeed provided all if you seek

@@dewilew2137 there are many doctors that don’t offer holistic solutions to health concerns. Queen Afua doesn’t claim to reinvent the wheel as she herself talks about being a student of life and healing. She is sharing her testimony of how it benefitted her and her family. I went to see her over 40 yrs. Ago and she helped me to heal my body..when the doctors had no idea ... we are the healers not her ...she teaches you how to eat and practice wellnes.by cleansing your body mind and soul.. if people dont understand what she does, then shut your mouth keep going to the doctors that are pretty much going by text book for diagnoses. And slowly killing you with prescription drugs.we are all individually designed by God its not a one size fit all... what works for one person could be poison to your body..so open your mind shut your mouth and maybe you can learn something that can change your life...everyone is not out to get you.
