I've only been watching your videos for a couple of weeks now but have been making a conscious effort to remember your advice when down at the table. My game has improved drastically in a short time. My league performances have improved and when practicing I've been consistently hitting higher breaks. Thanks for the advice, much appreciated 👍

Fantastic tips, I've always struggled with consistency and even something as simple as using your cue as a guide is a great help, thanks very much

your videos helped me to improve a lot, fixing my stance and cue action was one of the biggest improvements, as well as making me less afraid of spin when its needed. Cheers from Budapest, Hungary

Just watch Michael Holt videos. Number one: You need to find your center on cue ball. Mine is waaay right than I would ever think. Then compensate. I made the mistake to start to change the stance. Every time you change something you need zillions of repetitions to drive it in to your muscles. Much easier is to work what you have. Like I said, for me to hit center ball, on my mind I need to aim bit right on the cue ball. Now when I know it, it's easy. One lesson from Holt and everything was sorted.

Would be interesting if you could cover how Ding plays, he has a really strange technique, especially as he delivers his cue and perhaps there’s more to the technique

Pakistan Hmmm. I just realized I don't think my leg is straight/knee locked in when I shoot. I think I bend my knee probably about 20 degrees. This could potentially allow your body to sway ever so slightly without you even noticing. Would I be correct to assume this? Pakistan

Good vid but I’m perplexed by the statement about looking at the contact point on the object ball and pushing the cue through to that point. That would only ever work on a dead straight shot. With all other shots, the contact point in the center of the ghost ball where you would be aiming, i.e. your shot line, would be different…

Problem is the cue ball and the target ball are, obviously, round and I therefore mess up where to aim on the target ball.
