It's been like 7yrs already to retire A'ja Wilson's jersey. She can wait a little while longer if she wants. Meanwhile Iowa announced long back that they will retire Caitlin's jersey after her WNBA season ended. Also Iowa already put CLARK 22 on their court from where she broke the record. Aja can go and cry a river about it. No one cares.

AW played in at USC and they do not retire a team jersey for at least 5 years. The University systems are independent of the WNBA and each other. There is no disrespect intended. Fans need to realize there are other people living in this planet.

"22" was worn by both Aja and CC at their respective university. The events are far enough away geographically. Doesn't Aja have her own statue at South Carolina? That's a rare honor for any athlete.

It would be nice if the audio fit with the visual. Talking about Carver-Hawkeye while Caitlin is playing in the Fever uniform while playing at Gainbridge is stupid. All of these crazy titles to videos are ridiculous because much of it isn't factual. Or it just doesn't match up. It will be awesome to see the ceremony on 2/2. Both Caitlin and retired coach Lisa Bluder will be there, I'm sure Kate Martin will also be there. I'm hoping members of the Hawkeye team from 2022-2024 who were a part of the teams that made it to the national championship games. It's going to be a great day.
