Evidence that could have been used by defense in 1)an attempt to impeach witnesses or 2) an attempt to establish a chain of custody leading to a person who was responsible for placing the round on set which led to it being loaded into the gun and then fired. The fact is that the evidence was related to the case, the prosecution didn’t disclose it and therefore the defense had no opportunity to even consider how it might factor into their representation of the defendant. What if that evidence could have been investigated and they found that someone had conspired to place the live ammo in the gun? It would change the entirety of not only Baldwin’s case but also the case of Hannah Gutierrez-Reed. It still might impact an appeal in her case too.

It's not an actors job to check all the props on a movie set. He should have never been charged. It was a horrible & tragic accident. Negligence on the part of the person in the crew responsible for preparing the guns, not the actor.

They were doing test takes, hence director Helena behind the camera. Understand? It's a real gun that is supposed to be loaded and fired, but with blanks that look like live deadly cartridges, "cold gun".

They've had this "technicality defense" in their pocket for a year. They knew they would do this. They just needed enough time to pass that people would not notice when they let him off. We will never know if he knew the ammo was wrong. We will never know if someone on the set made this mistake on purpose or by accident. We will never know. I pray for the family of the victim, and I pray for Alec, as I'm sure he will carry the FACT that he shot a co-worker and killed her, and wounded another if I remember correctly. I would probably NOT take roles where guns are on the set, and certainly never held by my character again.

On a movie set, the armorer is responsible for all firearms and ammunition. Yes, Baldwin should have never pointed a gun at someone and shot, but there was supposed to be a blank round in the firearm. How did a live round get on set? That was not Baldwin's fault, and he should not be found liable for the armorer's lack of responsibility.
