The problem in kenya kaka is militarizing the police. In developed countries politics are civilians . I know you may not understand this but police need to offer services in protection and maintaining law and order. Our police need completely overhauled training and get civilian uniform . I think you have seen the police uniform in USA, Canada, Australia etc

Kakasungura always clarify your information before you go online. KDF officers don't carry weapons outside the barracks. They are deployed by a commander in their posts and therefore going outside the camp with a gun is next to impossible. Those who go outside the barracks are carried by vehicles and not bodaboda.
