ok but think about this idea “using up a cubicle of yarn” video. so every square on your shelves that’s filled with yarn, you use up in one video and then eventually your shelves will be empty for MORE YARN❤

VIDEO SERIES IDEA: each video of this series could be using up the yarn you don’t know what to use it for? 😂 like each video you have to take a skein from your crazy corner pile and have to figure out what to use it for!

Ithink the're more random yarn in her cubis than in the floor but good idea. Searching fun pattern (free or that you already buy) to use is for would be useful to empty the background shelves.

oooo !! you should get caesar to go in your yarn room and get like 6/7 random different skeins from your piles in a bag and basically do this video again but seeing how much yarn you can get rid of in the process from his mystery bag 😂 love this type of video though, super fun to watch and crochet along 😊💖

I’ve never been bored by your videos! I think it would be awesome if you went through and made things from one cubby and then moved to the next cubby and so on, you’d get the yarn out of the way and make tons of stock! That would make it easy for you to reorganize your yarn and get it off your floor too ☺️ whatever you do I’m here for it 😂 keep being you that’s what we’re here for! ❤

I think the Billy shelf from IKEA would fit in the corner in between the door and the existing 3x3 cubes. May be a solution if you know you can’t get through the yarn explosion anytime soon and want it off the floor. And it fits the vibe of your existing cubes. It’s not a cube obviously but it looks one column that would match the shelves behind your chair. Not buying yarn is almost impossible for me so I just buy more storage 😂

I worked at Joann’s for a year and after quitting I realized how much it contributed to my problem. I have saved SO MUCH MONEY not being in that place, so maybe that’s something to think about! I also have a wall about as big as yours in the back full of yarn, so I’ve been forcing myself to use what I have before getting anything new. Obviously that’s easier said than done, but making scrap projects has helped sooo much. Scrap cardigans, pants, hats, etc… the pile is getting lower which makes me feel like I’m allowed to actually purchase new stuff, but still only as long as I have a GENUINE PLAN for it

I was the fabric/yarn needle art department lead at Hobby Lobby. When you see those reduced price stickers, it means they are about to reset the yarn aisle and what has those stickers are being clearanced out. They are not going to be sold there any more, so if you like a certain yarn and they have that sticker, grab more than what you think you will need because if you run out you will have a hard time finding more. especially if the yarn happens to change drastically from one dye lot to the next.
