Excellent job. Respectful, patient, kind, open, allowing family choices to give them a measure of control or say, assisting them with their biggest request for their loved one. What a difficult task but this was done with such grace. Thank you! A retired nurse.

I teared up watching this. Not because of the amazing empathy that has been shown, but by imagining myself being in that man's position. Life is short and we need to spend adequate time with our loved ones before either of us leaves.
