I love these moments in the show (and Better Call Saul) when characters are by themselves, just thinking, with no dialogue, and this music plays. It feels like such a personal moment with the characters. These scenes have an oddly calming/nostalgic vibe to them. God this show is a masterpiece.

@@tiebrkr4231 this show isn't something which shows happily ever after stuff. Breaking bad is the exact representation of how some decisions can destroy families to the core. Better call Saul is no different, just that emphasis is more on the Jimmy's initial struggles and the cartel biz. I totally get what you're trying to say, I felt bad for Howard too, nobody deserves that kind of death. But that's what the show is about. This ain't no Hollywood movie in which after the sunrise, life perfectly falls into place.
