Absolutely the best explanation of insilin resistance. I’ve been reading and watching videos trying to make sense of all this. This is the one that did it!! Thank you.

Thank you. I’m trying to understand what’s going on with my body by looking at a few alarming symptoms and just came across your video. Thank you. This is different from what I heard before on insulin resistance. So, did I get it right that we need to stay away from all fats even plant based? If so, doesn’t our skin need fat to stay smooth, for example? Is this diet beneficial to everyone or only to those who suffer from insulin resistance?

Hi! Could just below the line glucose level and insulin resistance be present in the same time? Other said, slightly lower glucose level and insuline resistance?

All Heart Surgeons and cardiologists nowadays talk about insulin resistance and improving metabolic health by eating more FAT ( Keto diet) and no or low carbs and little protein. As opposed to this, on the other hand, you talk about eating NO FAT and more carbs and moderate protein. Who is right? I feel lost in the crossfire.
