No discipline nothing is there in the team. I myself played cricket even in practice session I use to bowl Virat Kohli in nets so obviously I'm not lockdown kids. Don't be biased.

I believe even if a player is in form, they should perhaps have a policy of playing at lest 1 domestic match in 1 yr. Could even be Duleep trophy. But those out of form, on the verge of being dropped, or perhaps even dropped shld Play more matches including both Duleep and Ranji

Even if they are not playing in that match they(SO CALLED SENIORS) need to stay with the team unless they are picked for International assignment. This is to develop the culture within the domestic Team and junior players will get the chance to interact and gain knowledge from SO CALLED SENIORS😂

But u could play at least one like Dileep where other team members also play. This is just fr those who are currently in fine form and are fairly well established in the international structure right now.

These policies looks good on paper but ahead of big test series or multi lateral tournaments like WC or CT it ll burn out the players and fatigue ll creep in which may eventually impact the performance. These policies would be really beneficial specifically before a long test session but don't think it's required for white ball format.

How is this going to help with developing skills ? We have a skilll issue in the team.. domestic matches will help for practice but you can’t play domestic in India and then go to SENA and do well .. Useless

If rules are made liberal , people take advantage. This prompts some overly strict rules , which is again unfair. Finding a balance from the start avoids these extreams. What worries is this realisation happens only when things fail.

See...the rule should be in such way that they should be playing X number of matches, so that if a player is scheduled to play only X-5 matches in the calendar year, he should play the remaining 5 matches domestically ... Not that he should be over burdened with more work than they can handle...

I hope these guidelines are actually followed and help tha star culture to end...you play as a team, lose as a team and stay one as a team...no special treatment should be given to anyone no matter who you are...and PR teams shouldn't be allowed on tours..players with pr teams should be shown the doors, enough of this bullshit already 😏

There is a certain clause in 10 rules defined lately as to if any player wants to get exemption he can do so by taking permission from Chairman of Selectors... And... They can very well be there and travel with the team in a bus, in a limited way you can't have 20 players and 100 non playing members in the crew....focus is not on family but unity discipline and similar uniform conduct and treatment....you have money doesn't mean you can fly separately in a flight....all members should be treated the same...more importantly if a player fails he should be dropped , regained form and brought back.... irrespective of the name or experience....
