Pretty heavy Auto-Tune, check out tracks like Torn in Two and Tourniquet especially. Don't get me wrong, it sounds good, but there's a reason why live (even recently) he doesn't sound close to the studio and is very pitchy compared to singers like Adam Gontier (who has plenty of production in studio as well, but much less pitchy live than Ben)

It's from a website website/application called jammit, which allows you buy the original studio recordings for all the separate instruments. As of right now the website doesn't have a very large collection of BB songs, but go check it out and see if you like what they have to offer (:
