There is just one fundamental problem that we have in the church: it is a doctrinal problem. All the errors corrected by Jesus, Paul and others were done using the scripture. Matters that were difficult to understand were made clare by the scriptures. Sound doctrine comes from the scripture alone and those doctrines can be applied to ALL CHRISTIANS. But now, we see preachers stating that the Holy Spirit told them things that cannot be backed up by the scripture. HOW CAN THE SPIRIT SAY SOMETHING DIFFERENT FROM WHAT JESUS HAS SAID? or How can the Holy Spirit illuminate what is not found in the Bible?

While I'm opposed to making criticising others a vocation, it's not unbiblical to call out misguided preachers. Yes, nobody is flawless, but Paul criticised false teachers. He even rebuked Peter. Christ slammed the Pharisees many times. John rebuked Diotrephes. You don't generalise what may have been Hagin's personal experience. Keeping quiet in the face of falsehood is siding with falsehood vendors. But the criticism must be founded on the standard of Christ Jesus.

They seem to be forgetting that, we all know in part, and we prophesy or preach in part. No minister should claim absolute knowledge on any subject, because the word of God is new every day, and the part of the just is as a shining light that shines more and more until the perfect day. We keep learning and knowing His Word day by day. So, no minister should be criticised just because he does not have sufficient light of knowledge on a subject matter, rather we should admonish one another as we see the day of the Lord approaching. What exactly are you saying. Is it wrong to correct an error teaching or what. Where in the bible did it Say don't correct error teachings. There is obvious influencing of people that is not based on scripture. The pentecostal movement is very good at doing whatever they like in the name of God. Should we all just follow every wind of doctrine and not watch as we pray. I think that men, not God is more prominent in the church today. We are not called or saved to follow any man, no matter how influential he may be.
