What a great interview. I am half Puerto Rican half Polish, and I love real good Boriqua food. I grew up on all different cultural food and long for the days of old fashioned Chinese and Mexican food. My mother found an old Italian lady selling pasta from her home and it was the best pasta I ever ate in my life.

You guys made me sooo hungry!😋 My husband and I lived in Northern Italy for 4 years (stationed @ Aviano AB)… It wasn’t long enough! Ahhhh that food; so fresh, varied by local, from basic to fancy-incredible. Our first born gave me cravings that could only be fulfilled by gelato made in small, fresh batches. I miss it so much! Have you been farther north? So worth it! Nothing compares here in the states. Papa-get some rest dude! You gotta take care of you, or you won’t be able to care for your loves.

Damn I was just going to start the vid and I guess I better skip it. As Nimesh says, people older than 50 or 60 aren't racist they just are that way.
