Watch the clip of the foul closely- when a player is trying to make a block, they don't have to swing their arm from way back behind their head and put massive force into the swing, they only have to reach out as far as they can and just tap the ball with their fingers, and it's a block. The other players just need to remember to work hard on screens and cuts and Expecting the ball to come their way.
