The Celtics should trade Tillman for a wing who can shoot the 3-ball or a power forward/center. There are guys out there that make the same as Tillman who are better players. Another thing that Brad maybe eyeing is what the Wizards do with Middleton. If Washington buys him out the Celtics could sign him and that would be a great pickup for the Celtics.

Trade Tillman if you can. Guerschon Yabusele would be the ideal target but Philly maybe believe they can get throught he play in tournament for the 8th seed to play the cavs so they'd keep him. And if they're healthy it would be the right move for them to do. for the C'sTorrey Craig got bought out and assuming he's healthy would be a perfect addition to our wing depth or lack thereof. And inquiring about Jevnonte Green couldn't hurt.

You said it, Allie. What he brought to the Celtics was “strong defense & good 3 point shooting off the bench, just like Sam Hauser”. In other words, he duplicated abilities that other players also supplied. What do you call a player who duplicates the abilities of other players at a higher salary, while mostly sitting on the bench? You call him “expendable”. PS: I also like what I saw of Springer, the few times I saw him in action.

Disappointing. Not because of sentimental reasons but because the Cs could have gotten a player in return that could help them bolster their bench in their quest for banner 19 this year. Financially, it's understandable but it really depends on who they are going to get to replace him. Converting Peterson to a standard contract is a sound move but looking at it from a realistic point of view, the Cs need an insurance policy at the 5 (maybe sign Kai Sotto?). If they can hold the fort and win it all this year, they should look heavily at Rocco Zikarsky in the 2025 draft.

Trade Jrue Holiday for Domantas Sabonis, Lauri Markkanen, John Collins or Naz Reid. Celtics need another big man who can shoot 3's decently to get Al Horford out of the lineup. Big Al doesn't try hard enough on defense time to go the bench. Drew Peterson is good but they already have Sam Hauser doing the same thing. Celtics need a more athletic backup small forward off the bench. 1 - Need another big man to play over Al Horford since he doesnt want to play defense till the playoffs. 2 - Need a backup athletic Small Forward to play over Sam Hauser unless they really need 3's only.
