The fact that people are serving sentences in prison, and those convictions would unquestionably be affected by whether agents planned and coordinated activities on that day is terrifying. That means every single defendant was denied full discovery in his trial, which is an absolute and continuing violation of their rights. Since Mr. Wray _still_ continues to give the same non answer after people have been sent to prison, we have no choice but to accept that the answer is yes, and that he withheld information pertaining to the charges filed against Americans with intent.
