Bryce makes throws with his body parallel to line of scrimmage all the time. That’s the only thing I disagree with in this video. Great job Kurt. Wish you could be a QB coach for us.

Just to be clear Bryce is the most accurate QB when his receivers get separation but unfortunately his receivers get the least separation in the league so he doesn't often get to show that greatness

Kurt outlines 5 or 6 times that he is not ready to throw, he misses guys open, and his footwork and depth of his drops are not complimentary to setting up to throw or timing the throw. There are only a couple of plays here where he players are not clearly open. He explains it clearly ...Bryce is not ready, and is playing like a typical rookie. Not a #1 PICK!

@@chrisstern3794 I've watched every throw from week one to now. Trust and believe the offensive scheme is ridiculously bad. Yes he missed throws, I didn't say he didn't. I am saying that the people that only point the missed throws and say he is a bust do not know football. It comes with #1 pick territory, but for instance if he had the offensive scheme Cam had with Rob Chudzinski where the utilize the run game and the tight ends. Setting up the pass with the run vs what the do now.

What I got from this game is that he doesn’t seem really confident in his passing ability or decision making. He hangs on to the football way too long sometimes. It’s like he’s second guessing everything out there.

His receivers aren’t open. Then they take too long to develop simple routes. The defense isn’t scared of our receivers running deep so they sit on the route and wait for Bryce to make a decision. #15 is a prime example of the problem. Very slow on the route while the receiver sits and waits. They give Bryce no options and when he doesn’t magically convert they blame Bryce. That’s besides the point but it is what it is.

Kurt is it possible that Bryce often has his feet parallel in situations where he’s trying to not get tackled in the end zone? Many of the examples where they were that way were when he was at the 1 yard line. Also wow they started at the one yard line a lot.

They have too. Bryce can't throw but so far with proper power and accuracy so they can't get but so far down the field before they're outside of his comfort zone (10 to 15) and they also can't run more complex routes because since he can't roll out of the pocket....there's certain spots of the field he can't see so he loses them. Notice Theilen is his favorite target but he rarely targets him outside of 10 yards.

Bryce has trouble reading the defense that’s why he has thrown a lot of interceptions. Now he has loss confidence and tends to hold the ball longer second guessing his passes

I think Kurt is being nice here on a few plays. Bryce misses open guys down the middle , but he can't see it....the lineman are too tall for him. He has not anticipation of the route, therefore cannot release to the proper spot....Processor?

College football ain't the NFL. This is a grown men's league. Just because it worked on the college level doesn't mean it will work in the NFL, just as Pop Warner habits won't work out at the college level.

In college he’s playing against 18-21 year old students who play football part time. In the pros he’s playing against 24-35 year old men who play football for a living. Everything is different the size of the field is smaller, the players are all fast. The improvising won’t work. He needs to learn to make precise timing throws in small windows.

He is not even close to what CJ is doing, and I also think Levis would have been better at #8, and we would still have our #1 pick next year. i.e Marvin Harrision.....Bryce is going to struggle until they find an offense that fits his slight armstrength, shortness of stature, and average speed.
