Got myself a necrotic synthos roll and its been the most fun I've had on warlock in a long time, Warlocks have always mostly missed out on melee builds so this roll let's me live out my fantasy of physically turning into a nuke with lighting surge

For spirit of apotheosis: it grants the Insatiable effect, which is pretty much the written text for the exotic. Apotheosis veil itself, however, also includes a passive base regen boost to class abilities for all allies within a radius.

The one that worked best for me was Inmost/Star Eater for all around play and dungeon/raids. Inmost might seem underwhelming at first but when cycling your abilities correctly it s very good and with Devour, your grenades are available literally 24/7. And it buffs yiur transcendent state as well on top of it s normal increased recharge rates. Don t have to say anything about SE because it s just goated with Nova/Song of Flame. Too bad it doesn t fully buff the strand super.

A note on Spirit of Necrotic: it applies poison on the Song of Flame melee, which adds a surprising amount of damage.

Shieldcrush artifact perk is the only thing that should be giving a 25% damage bonus to grenade or melee abilities. I really only saw radiant in the gameplay which is supposed to only buff grenades and not melees, but maybe inmost is interacting with it weird. Otherwise a random 25% buff would be quite interesting, have you only seen it with inmost light class item equipped?

I've been seeing some wierd stuff. I'm running a Prismatic Consecration solar Titan and my Arc heavy has been Scorching targets. IDK. My Stoicism is harmony/invisible finishers. I found that Red Death works well with it. Great work on the video. You did A LOT of homework here and it shows.

The claw of ahamkara perk also gives you an extra melee charge for song of flame so there’s basically 0 melee cooldown after casting your super which is honestly insane in pvp

Maybe, but the ones that aren't are REALLY good so I'd say it balances itself out, Warlocks overall I'd say have the most build variety with the class item

Best is subjective depending on the player and the build. But any mix of Innermost/Osmiomancy and Star-Eater/Harmony would probably give you the most general use.

I have a roll with filaments that I love to use, but I swear half of the time my rift doesn’t give devour. I have to walk in and out of it 2-3 times before I finally get the buff and by then the rift is almost gone :(

One thing I would like to mention is about spirit of filaments is, yes, you can elect not to use feed the void, but the kind of devour you get is a lesser version of devour - less health back and no grenade regen. So I don’t think it is as strong as one might believe.

Hunters have a lot more viable options. The other two classes got shafted. For warlocks, there’s no reason to use anything else other than Dawn Chorus. For Titans, Hazardous Propulsion.

Hey guys filament and starfire goes so hard the harder the content. On demand devour and something tizzle didn't mention is when your health is low and devour procs you get a chunk of healing acting like cure and let's you spam stasis turrets and have helion as you don't need void aspect. Try ergo sum with arc conductor wave frame and some gun with demolitionist for more grenade spam

Swarmers is kind of a W for me. Unravel is very very easy to apply with our melees anyways. But i find threadlings arent as strong as something like helion with ignition buff from artifact and our solar ignition super
